🚌 Tour Bus Guest Policy
To maintain the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, adherence to the following policies is strictly required on all tour buses. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for you and your fellow travelers.
🔒 Prohibited Items and Activities
For the security of everyone on board, the following are not allowed at any time:

Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, or anything that may be considered dangerous)

Illegal drugs or substances

Smoking or vaping, including e-cigarettes

Alcohol consumption, unless explicitly permitted on certain tours

Open flames or flammable materials

Large or obtrusive personal items (unless approved in advance)
Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
⏰ Timeliness Matters
Guests are expected to arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Buses leave promptly as scheduled, and due to the tour itinerary, we are unable to wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to tardiness.
🐾 Animal Policy
To maintain a clean and allergy-conscious environment, pets are not allowed on board. Certified service animals are welcome, but please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.

Perfect Day Getaway - Cancellation Policy
At Perfect Day Getaway, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness to all our guests and our team. Please review our cancellation policies below:
For Individual Tour Bookings:

7 days or more before the scheduled tour date: Full refund.

3-6 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund.

Within 48 hours of the tour: No refund
For Private Tour Bookings:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your private tour date. This deposit is applied toward the total tour cost but is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations.

Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour price.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.
No-Shows:

Failure to arrive for the tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Operator Cancellations:

In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to severe weather or unforeseen operational issues, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including private tour deposits.

To cancel or change your individual or private tour, please contact us by phone or email during regular business hours. Changes are only confirmed once acknowledged in writing by our team.
