Private tours are perfect for birthdays, family reunions, wedding groups, or just a day with your favorite people. You choose the route—or let us handle it. We believe every group is different, and that’s why we offer two easy ways to plan your perfect tour.

  • Tell us where you want to go—wineries, breweries, BBQ joints, murals, nature stops, or anything in between.

  • We’ll help organize the route for timing, comfort, and fun.

We Plan It

  • Prefer to leave the details to the pros? We’ve got you covered!

  • Choose from our themed routes or tell us your vibe (laid-back, adventurous, foodie-focused, etc.).

  • We’ll build a custom itinerary or suggest one of our crowd favorites.

  • You just hop on the bus and enjoy the ride!

  • We’ll send a custom quote tailored to your route and group size.

  • Easy online payment to reserve your date.

Perfect Day Getaway - Cancellation Policy

  • At Perfect Day Getaway, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness to all our guests and our team. Please review our cancellation policies below:

 

For Private Tour Bookings:

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your private tour date. This deposit is applied toward the total tour cost but is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations.

  • Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour price.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.

 

No-Shows:

  • If you or your group does not arrive for the tour without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

 

Operator Cancellations:

  • In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to severe weather or unforeseen operational issues, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including private tour deposits.

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • To cancel or change your individual or private tour, please contact us by phone or email during regular business hours. Changes are only confirmed once acknowledged in writing by our team.
