We're headed to Waco for a fun and memorable adventure that combines delicious tastes, beautiful craftsmanship, and a wonderful glimpse into a simpler time. As we explore this unique village and farm, we'll wander through an amazing collection of working artisan shops and see skilled craftsmen doing what they do best. We'll discover the water-powered gristmill, basket shop, blacksmith shop, leather shop, pottery studio, woodworking shop, quilt store, cheese shop, and general store, each offering something different to see and enjoy. We'll have plenty of time to browse, discover handcrafted treasures, satisfy our sweet tooth at the chocolate factory, peek into the cheese cave, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of the tearoom and coffee house. And when it's time to relax and refuel, we'll gather for a delicious lunch in their beautiful log cabin.
